He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Terry" McGovern and Ann McGovern. He is survived by: his wife Alice Jeanne McGovern of Bachelor's Degree; and his sisters, Fran Silberg and Ann Henry. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
