We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2023, at the age of 70, Robert Mulligan of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Mulligan and Marilyn Mulligan; his wife Bernice Mulligan (Bildstein); his sister Barbara Heath; his mother-in-law Mary Bildstein; his brother-in-law Warren Bildstein (Diane); his nieces and nephews, Teresa Heath, Sarah Wanzer, Abbey Green and Jake Bildstein; and his close friends, Debora Wolf and Michelle Kelly.
