He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Mulligan and Marilyn Mulligan; his wife Bernice Mulligan (Bildstein); his sister Barbara Heath; his mother-in-law Mary Bildstein; his brother-in-law Warren Bildstein (Diane); his nieces and nephews, Teresa Heath, Sarah Wanzer, Abbey Green and Jake Bildstein; and his close friends, Debora Wolf and Michelle Kelly.
