He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thomas Lewis II and Miriam Abby Thatcher Lewis; his sister Miriam Joan Lewis Laukshtein of Ft. Myers, FL; his brother-in-law Walter Laukshtein of Ft. Myers, FL; his brother Arthur Thomas Lewis III of Whiting, NJ; his sister-in-law Anne B. Hinkle Lewis of Middlebury, VT; and his nephews, Bruce Laukshtein of Hernando, FL and Charles Arthur Erb of New Egypt, NJ..
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Gail Erb Bradshaw Keyser (Robert T. Keyser) of Crofton, MD, Walter Laukshtein (Sylvia Laukshtein) of Milbridge, ME, Joanne Laukshtein Pulz (Gary Pulz) of Atlantic City, NJ, Randy Laukshtein (Deidre Heindl Laukshtein) of Ft. Myers, FL and Teresa Johnson Erb of New Egypt, NJ. He is also survived by many Grand Nieces, Grand Nephews and Cousins.
