She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosario Mazzarella and Josephine Lutri Mazzarella; and her brother Joseph Mazzarella. She is survived by: her husband John; her son Thomas; her daughters-in-law, Lisa and Jennifer Provenzano; and her grandchildren, John, Kaitlynn, Brianna and Nicholas. She is also survived by her grandchildren and visiting with friends and family.
