She was predeceased by: her husband George; her parents, Mary Carlson and David Carlson; and her brother David Carlson. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Seiler (Richard); her grandchildren, Richard Seiler II and Erica Molocknick; her son George Foote (Donna); her granddaughter Kristen Colabella; and her great grandchildren, Damien Seiler, Bethany Seiler and Jacob Morgan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Margaret's memory to The Salvation Army, The Kearny Corp or the Toms River Community Center, an organization that held a special place in her heart.
