With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ligaya P. Rios of Whiting, New Jersey, who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Epiphania Castro Pascual and Conrado Pascual; her husband Jesus Rios; her siblings, Conrado Pascual, Jr., Conrado Pascual, III and Lourdes Persinger; her daughter Elena Rios Drudy; and her grandsons, Lorenzo Rios, Owen and Christopher Drudy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
