It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julius D. Tarr (Whiting, New Jersey), born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on February 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Joan Tarr; his children, Mary Ann Tarr-Freeman (Rick) of Hamilton Twp, Thomas Tarr (Marylou) of Sumerland Key, FL and Carol Ann Jones of Strasburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Melanie, Peter Jones and Alexia Maynard.
