She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Mary Burek; her husband Gary D. McCulligh; and her siblings, John Burek, Angela Talan, Edward Burek, Fay LeMay, Anne Burek and Stella Shulack.
She is survived by: her children, Dottie (John Polak), Brian McCulligh (Laurie) and Joyce (George Crosson); and her grandchildren, Chad Polak, Aaron McCulligh, Collin McCulligh, Brittany Crosson and Nicole Crosson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
