He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Ruggiero. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Ruggiero; his children, Joseph Ruggiero, III of Howell, Valerie Spano (Christopher) of Howell and Christine Carpini of Hampton; his grandchildren, Dominick, Samantha, Kayla and Karen Davi; his sisters, Tina, Rosemary and Toni; and his significant other Cheyenne.
