It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. Meyer of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Meyer and Dorothy Meyer; his brother Lawrence; his sister-in-law Nancy Meyer; and his sister Judith Collinson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Meyer; his daughters, Kathleen Murray (Brian) and Meghan Oldham (Jason); his brothers, Ronald Meyer (Denise), William Meyer (Linda), Robert Meyer (Sharon), Richard Meyer (Jackie), Thomas Meyer (Linda), Daniel Meyer (Brad) and Dennis Chervenak; his brother-in-law Wayne Collinson; and his grandchildren, Cody John, Ryley Rose, Connor Meyer and Adam James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Wounded Warriors or POAC Autism Services, NJ.
