He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and John J. Niesz II; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Simon of Irvington, NJ.; his sister-in-law Roberta Niesz; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Glenn; his son Edward; his daughter-in-law MariKate; his son John J. Niesz IV; his daughter-in-law Nancy; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Lauren, Jack, Quinn, Vincent, Amanda, George and Connor.
