He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Marie Doyle; and his daughter Jacqueline Crabtree. He is survived by: his children, Edward Harvey of Edgewood, MD, John Harvey, Jr. of York, PA, Keith Harvey of Mobile, AL, Kevin Harvey of Ocean Grove, NJ, Claudine Colicchio of Wilmington, DE, Kathleen Harvey of Northeast, MD and Brian Harvey of Wilmington, DE; and his sister Betty Koontz. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grand children.
