He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. O'Toole and Florence M. O'Toole (Michel); his son Kerry O'Toole; and his siblings, John J. O'Toole, Jr. and Dorothy Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Georgette M. O'Toole (Belanger); and his children, MaryEllen O'Toole of Baptistown, NJ, Kevin O'Toole of Newtown, PA and Keith O'Toole of Troutman, NC. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
