He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Johnson; and his parents, Velma DeVincent and Edward Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Ballentine); his daughters, Leah Jafir (Marouane) of Wilmington, DE and Linda Barth (Steve) of Huntingdon Valley, PA; his granddaughter Mazzy; and his siblings, Annette Hutchins of Telford, PA, Leah Ann Triplett of Ravenswood, WV, Karen Thomas of St. Louis, MO, Gilbert of London and England. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, and friends.

For those wishing to make a memorial donation, they may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, or Hackensack Meridian Health Hospice.
