She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Forker and Edith Forker; and her siblings, Richard Forker and Joan Moore. She is survived by: her pet Lucy; her children, Ron Caswell (Eva Primack) and Lisa Marie Sabo (Ken); her grandchildren, Rosie Caswell, Rebekah Sabo, Jacob Sabo and Hannah Laney (Brett); and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Forker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Elizabeth's name to the American Cancer Society.
