He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Parker and Anna Parker; his siblings, Grace, Rossell (Norman), Florence, Brown (late Jim), Roy Parker, Jr. and Jackie Parker; and his brother-in-law Harold Davison.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Parker; his children, Cindy Pache (Craig) and Donald Parker, Jr.; his grandsons, Adam and Matthew Pache; and his sister Thelma Davison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
