He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hetzel and Clara Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Constance Emma Wickersham; his daughters, Nancy Katherine Olsen (Bob) of Mullica Hill, N. J., Susan Constance Hetzel (Peter Meade) of Carlsbad, Calif., Sandra Donna Hetzel (Jennifer Keltner) of Portland and Ore; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Rose Olsen of Kennett Square and Ethan Stone Meade of Los Angeles.
