He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Burns. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Burns, Kathy Bull (Brendan), Laurie Manzi-Burns, Steven M. Burns (Jackie), David J. Burns and Jeffrey Burns (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Rashon Burns (Anna), Lester Morris (Christine), Jared Morris, Steven Burns, Jr., Tim Bull (Christa), Kristin Vega (Eric), Louie Manzi, Aidan, Fiona Burns and Ryan Burns. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
