She was predeceased by: her parents, Borys Jastrzembski and Natalie Jastrzembski. She is survived by: her boyfriend Mike Kennedy; her daughters, Kitty Reddington (Tom Lee) and Elizabeth Reddington (Sergio Suarez); her granddaughter Natalie Suarez; her sister Christina Jastrzembska (Patrick Hall); and her nieces, Alexandra Jastrzembska and Elisa Hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara's name to the Popcorn Park Animal Refuge in Forked River, New Jersey.
