It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara M Alonso of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Alonso. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne (Renee) and Kenneth Alonso (Jennifer); her brother Salvatore Sarno; her grandsons, Evan, Joshua, Jeremy, Benjamin and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Alice and Liam.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Oliverie Funeral Home (2925 Ridgeway Rd, Manchester Township, NJ 08759). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
