She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Kolczycki and Senia Kolczycki (Chimchuck); her husband Paul David Johnson; and her siblings, Ann, Joseph, Agnes, Adele and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her brother Leon Kolczycki; her daughters, Sandra L. Fisher (David) and Karen S. Le Sueur (David); her grandchildren, Brian P. Fisher, Wendy A. Morrison (John) and Dawn E. Ferro (Sal); and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Hannah and Rachel. She is also survived by friends and family and was known.
