He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Sumner Randolph and Raymond Leigh Smith; his wife Joyce Olga Walker; his siblings, Aretta Janes, Ruth Rinehart, Mildred Runyon and Kenneth Smith; his nephews, Barry Runyon and William Janes; and his great grandchild Leah Grace Jarmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Powers and Donna Dickinson (John); his grandchildren, Dawn Marie Powers, Kristine Jarmer (Luke), Kelly and Sean Dickinson; and his great grandchildren, Kyla and Ezra Jarmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
