She was predeceased by: her father James Francis Mulligan, Sr.; and her sister Helen Mulligan. She is survived by: her mother Rachel Ann Mulligan; her brothers, Gerard Mulligan (Kim) and Jamie Mulligan (Candy); her nieces and nephews, Bryan, Ryan, Lauren, Sarah and Amanda; and her legged family members, Clarence, Addy and Stanley.
