We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2023, at the age of 68, Mark Churchman of Wharton, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert F Churchman and Therese Churchman; his wife Joanne; and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his sister Michelle (Stephanie); his daughters, Julianne (Mike Smith), Michelle A. Hill (Brendan) and Stephanie (Justin); his granddaughter Adalida; and his siblings, Brian of Stuart, FL, James of Wantage, NJ and Nancy M. Shaffer (Harry) of Lake Ariel, PA.

Beave, Maira and Kerry in particular remember fondly all the soccer evenings/weekends--especially the laughs shared getting the ice cream afterwards--win or lose! Mark was a shining light of good spirits, despite the many challenges in his life, he always tried to bring the joy. He was a great parent to the girls, and Beave especially appreciated how easy they were to coach, and how supportive he was as a team parent. He will be missed!”
