He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Polsky and Paulette Polsky (Pulver); and his wife Christine Polsky (Grus). He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Graziano (Douglas) of Kunkletown, PA and Nicole Gibbs of Sparta, NJ.; his brother-in-law John Grus (Margaret) of Woodcliff Lake, NJ; his nephew Christopher; and his niece Lindsay. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
