He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis (Helen Wheatley) and NJ; and his wife Eileen. He is survived by: his children, Frank E. (Nancy) and Colleen Bailey (Jack). He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
