It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alexander Anthony Funicelli Jr. of Wharton, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Marie; and his siblings, Stanley Funicelli and Rose Bashall. He is survived by: his sister Mary Aquadro; his children, Frank, Sheila (Francis, Sr.), Chrissy (Carey), Alexandria (Justin, Sr.) and Tina; his grandchildren, Trish, Joe, Samantha, Jay, Shane, Christina, Francis, Jr., Courtney, Bryan, Gracie, Justin, Jr., Tara and Mikaela; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Colton, Cameron and Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
