He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Schell Augsbach and Richard Augsbach Sr.; his aunt Ellen Frantz; his uncle Otto Augsbach; and his cousin Corrine Foster.
He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Kolakowski (David), Bethanne Augsbach Lamma (Mike) and Laura Augsbach-Thompson (Ed); his nieces and nephews, Logan, Whitney, Greg and Mel; his sisters, Hannah and Madeline; his uncle Steven Frantz; his cousins, Amber Frantz Rago, Jody Vorenberg, Kenneth Augsbach, John Augsbach, Nancy Augsbach, Patricia Hendry and Jon Chabra; his goddaughters, Rachael Hendzell, Michela Hillman and Caitlin Brower; his brothers, Larry Hoffman, Michael Mickaluck, Larry Gibson and Howard Pinchuk; and also Adam. He is also survived by his loving family, friends.
