He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rekosik and Olga Rekosik (Patricia); and his stepson James Keefer. He is survived by: his wife Faye Robertson; his children, Kathleen Foley (Paul), Jeannette Sheldon, Frank and Timothy (Audra); his stepson Tom Keefer (Elaine); his grandchildren, Anthony, Nick, Jessica, Tyler and John; his stepgrandchildren, Jay, Brian, Scott and Jill; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Austin.
