She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Bellersen and Dorothy Bellersen; her husband Gary Joseph Benefield; her son Christian; and her siblings, Tom Bellersen and Dorothy Bellersen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Benefield and Katie Steele; and her grandchildren, Wyatt and Delaney Steele.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 2:15 PM and at 2:30 PM at the Westwood Cemetery (23 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675).
