He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Bailey and Wilson Bailey; his wife Carmela; his children, Bill, Ken and Gina (Jim); his brother Walter; and his grandchildren, Rachel (Brian), Andrea (Bill), Brandon, Krissi (Rich), Jackson, Evan, Charlotte and Will. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
