She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Devine (Bonnie), Solomon Devine (Judi) and Robin Russell; her close friends, Anita Evans and Judy Grelli; her pets, Diesel, Tootsie, Bella and Bentley; her friends, Donald, Bonnie, Kenny, Keshia, Joya, June, Dee, Cindy, Adrienne and Michele; and her pet Phoebe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

During the pandemic, Wanda's resilience gave her the strength to create funny masks for she and her co-workers to continue to make people laugh!
