He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel M. Burr and Erna Burr (Fierke). He is survived by: his wife Janet Burr (Enzman); his children, Sarah E. Piddington (Josh) and Richard M. Burr Jr.; and his grandchildren, Henry and Olivia. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
