He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Berenato and Ellen Berenato; and his brother Jerry of Hammonton. He is survived by: his wife Debra Berenato; his children, Brittany Smyth (Christopher), Maureen Berenato and Richard Henry; and his grandchildren, Anthony Eldridge, Armani Berenato, Aminah Jenkins, Iziah Jenkins and Christian Smyth.
