She was predeceased by: her father Kevin Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Rudy Mazzocca; her daughters, Kayla Smith (Luke) and Madison Mazzocca; her mother Kathy Lyons (Tom); her siblings, Keith Taylor (Geni) and Karly Taylor; her nieces and nephews, Evan, Catherine Taylor, Mitchell and Elizabeth Warth; her parents-in-law, Paula and Martin Mazzocca; and her brother-in-law Robert Mazzocca.
