He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Moughan and Peter Moughan; his brother Vincent; and his nephew John Klenk. He is survived by: his son Gerard E. Jr. (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brayden, Bryn and Bryanna; his brother Peter Moughan Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Peter, Jacob, Mary Agnes Klenk (Frank), Catherine, Patricia, Meghan, Kim, Tiffany, Michelle, Patrick Moughan (Tara) and Gavin; his sister-in-law Danielle Moughan; and his close friends, Teresa, Samantha, Pop-Pop and Adriana Thompson.
