He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, James (Kimberly) and Susan Rush (Howard); his siblings, Richard Iverson and Elaine Pfender; his siblings-in-law, Jane Crawford and Harry McCracken (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Christopher Iverson, Lauren Iverson, Kyle, Nathan and Zachary Rush.
