He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea. He is survived by: his parents, Helen Sr (Tomlinson) and William A. Parkhurst, Sr.; his sons, William III (Sandra), David (Maureen) and Brian (Maria); and his brothers, Philip (Karen), Rodger (Carole) and Ritner (Mary Ann). He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.

William A. Parkhurst, Jr., passed away on Saturday night, November 24, 2018 at the Compassionate Care Hospice in Hamilton, NJ after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
