He was predeceased by: his parents, Pieter Johannes and Tryjte Half; his sisters, Nel (Wim Kapteyn) and Joke Van Iperen; his niece Renata Teuling; his nephews, Christopher Piskun and Nicholas Piskun; and also, Dorothea Nash and Robert Nash.
He is survived by: his spouse Lucy; his children, Elizabeth Arguelles (Oscar) and Pieter (Kerri); his grandchildren, David Arguelles, Adam Arguelles and Emerson Van Iperen; and his brothers-in-law, Andrew Piskun and Harry Piskun. He is also survived by his brothers and their wives, Cees and Nel, Arie and Tiny, Dirk and Alice and their families, his sisters.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stand Up to Cancer or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
