He was predeceased by: his parent Herman Grandell; and his brothers, Walter Grandell, James Grandell and Robert Grandell. He is survived by: his parent Anna Grandell; his wife Angela Grandell; his children, Alice Dolan (Alan), Dave Grandell (Renee) and Laurie Breiner (Jim); his grandchildren, Matthew (Nichole), Katlin, Michael, James, Dana (Jason), Ashley (Anthony), Ricky and Richie; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Stella, Brody and Blake; and also, Ruth Eichert, Jean Goodman and Richard Goodman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
