It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Anne Goobic of Westfield, New Jersey, born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Goobic; her parents, Peter Matiskella and Florence Matiskella (Lulewicz); and her son-in-law Gert Roosen. She is survived by: her children, Michael of Rochester, NY, Kara (Silver Spring, MD) and David (Amy); her grandson Alexander of Midlothian, VA; and her sister Janice Billings of Cogan Station, PA.
