It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond R. Showfety of Westfield, New Jersey, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rose; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his children, Amy Showfety, Richard Showfety, Lawrence Showfety and Sarah Showfety; his grandchildren, Maya, Charlotte, Blake Showfety, Avery, Daniel and Gus Shuman; and his siblings, Evelyn Johns, Monsignor Joseph Showfety and Robert Showfety. He is also survived by his wife of 53 years and their 4 children.
