He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Nichols Richardson and Philip Morrison Richardson, Sr.; his wife Diana Edkins; his children, Jeremy Richardson and Joanna Nichols Richardson; his granddaughters, Bellamy Richardson, Molly Richardson and Amelia Fine Peterson; and his brother Robert Nichols Richardson.
This year, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he was instrumental in raising funds to purchase face shields for the front-line health workers at Overlook Hospital, in Summit, NJ.
