He is survived by: his daughter Caterina Belle Azzarello-Nichols (Maxwell); his stepchildren, Ernie (Jodi), Jaqueline and Monica (Federico); his grandsons, Joseph, Dominic and Giuseppe; his sister Silvy; and his nephew Salvatore.
