He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vincenzina, Jean Fouchet, Armand and Janet Altieri; his uncle Anthony Barbella; and his aunt Melissa Yuro.
He is survived by: his parents, Samantha Altieri and Frank Altieri; his siblings, Frank II and Sophia; his grandparents, Norma and George Yuro; and his aunts and uncles, Michael Yuro, Giovanni Arlia (Jessica), Ashley Nassiri, Dorothy Barbella, Letizia Intervallo (Frank) and Michele Romano (Lawrence).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the following foundations: Donations made payable in memory of Michael Altieri to either Friends of Mindowaskin Park Inc., PO Box 87, Westfield, NJ 07091, to honor Mikey's love of nature with a tree or Summit Speech School, 705 Central Avenue, New Providence, NJ 07974. Contributions to these organizations will help support causes that are dear to Mikey's heart.
