We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Madeline Fernandez (Westfield, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her daughters, Tammy Leonard (Paul) and Melissa Rowe (Dan); her sister Dorothy Szot; her grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Brittany, Connor, Christopher, Tammy and Clinton; and her great grandchildren, Isabel, Cadence, Christopher and Madeline.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA of Central Jersey Foundation for its Hospice programs.
