He was predeceased by: his wife Freddie. He is survived by: his former spouse Frederica Durante (Holt); his children, Paul Durante of Philadelphia, PA and Kathryn Durante Dunkley of Raleigh, NC; his son-in-law Craig Dunkley; and his grandchildren, Reagan and Brooke Dunkley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

A memorial service and celebration of Lou's life will be held as soon as it is permitted, given the current pandemic.
