He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Flaherty and Catherine Flaherty; his brother Edward; his wife Janet; his sons, Shawn (Karla) of Westfield, NJ, Scott (Lucinda) of Boca Raton, FL and Brendan (Kara) of Colchester, VT; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Jack, Patrick and Aidan.
