He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Miller and Eleanor Miller. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jane Miller; and his children, Carol Sica (Steven), Nancy Johnson (Raymond) and John A. Miller (Debra). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
