He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Halloran and Geraldine O'Halloran. He is survived by: his children, Julia and Daniel; his siblings, Geri Livengood (Ford), Sheilah (Paul Eilbacher) and John (Maureen); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Livengood (Nate Wenstrup), Jane Eilbacher (Scott Wetzel), Annie O'Halloran, Jim Livengood (Sara Okin), Michael Eilbacher and Wink Wenstrup; and his aunts, Vera Gallagher, Maureen O'Halloran and Halloran.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to the Wardlaw-Hartridge School, 1295 Inman Avenue, Edison, New Jersey 08820.
